Justin Mayo

Justin Mayo brings a unique blend of leadership, precision, and client-centered service to the real estate industry. With 25 years of experience in the U.S. Navy’s elite Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) community.  As a former Command Master Chief, he understands the importance of discipline, communication, and performance under pressure—qualities that now serve his real estate clients with integrity and confidence.

After retiring from the military, Justin transitioned into finance and real estate, where his background in strategic planning and systems thinking makes him a trusted advisor for buyers, sellers, and investors. He holds a real estate license in California and is also a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Orion Capital Management, in Coronado, CA. Justin’s cross-functional expertise allows him to help clients not only with property decisions but also with long-term financial impact and planning.

Based in Rancho San Diego/MT Helix, Justin combines his professional skills with a deep commitment to his community. He holds a Master’s in Human Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology, and is currently completing his Certified Financial Planner coursework. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, tackling DIY home projects, and mentoring young adults with disabilities to help them build independent, fulfilling lives
